Hi, I’m Nick Ankrom, a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and licensed Realtor with Moxie Property Group. My journey into real estate began with a mission to help others, inspired by my own experiences as a buyer and seller. Licensed in Colorado, Texas, and Michigan since 2021, I specialize in working with Veterans, navigating divorce-related transactions, and identifying lucrative investment opportunities. When I’m not guiding clients toward their dream homes or investment properties, you’ll find me embracing Colorado’s great outdoors. 

I enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking the mountains, and traveling to experience new cultures. I’m also an avid gamer and enjoy streaming on Twitch, connecting with a vibrant online community. Since joining Moxie Property Group in December 2024, Nick has quickly distinguished himself through strong production, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to both clients and teammates. 

In 2026, he was named Team Captain, a leadership role focused on mentorship, accountability, and elevating the team’s standards. Nick leads by example, supporting agents, sharing insight, and helping drive collective success across the group.
